About Me

Welcome to my site. Just to set a little context, this is my background…

I have been working with Agile and Lean methodologies for a number of years now with a focus on improving how people work. I’ve done a fair few roles over the years including Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Manager & Development Manager to name a few. I am currently working as a consultant. Much of the advice I give here comes from real life experience. I am passionate about learning and helping people change their perceptions.

  1. Hi Tim, may I quote your article on ‘protecting the team’ on our IT news and supplier dating site trindex.net with a credit and link? Cheers, Ian

  2. Hello Tim, I read your comment at https://minnenratta.wordpress.com/2017/01/25/things-i-have-learnt-as-the-software-engineering-lead-of-a-multinational/
when you said ” “Fire people whenever you can.” – this is a lazy excuse for leadership and more from the Taylor era…”. Thank you for opening my mind. I am yet young project manager, and I was quite confused what author in that article wrote.
I agree with your opinion. Sometimes we can lose eminent guys that are placed in wrong environment.
